Refund policy

At Ukiyo Home Decor, we value quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Below are the terms and conditions for returns and refunds to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Custom Orders

All custom-made pieces are specifically crafted to meet individual preferences and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund.

  • You must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product and provide clear photos as proof of the issue.
  • Once your claim is approved, Ukiyo Home Decor will cover all return shipping fees.

Change of Mind (Non-Damaged Items)

  • Customers may inspect their order upon delivery and refuse to accept it if it does not meet their expectations. In such cases, the original shipping fees will still apply.
  • If the order is accepted and delivered, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
    In all return or exchange cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

General Policy

  • All refund requests must comply with the conditions and deadlines mentioned above.
  • Each case will be reviewed individually, and Ukiyo Home Decor holds the right to determine the eligibility of refunds or replacements.
